Metric.ai properly maps clients, projects, employees, and rates from Toggl to augment analytics data. Multiple times per day Metric.ai imports time entries from Toggl.
Metric.ai automatically syncs with Toggl multiple times per day after the initial connection. To connect Metric.ai to Toggl, perform the following procedure:
1. Sign in to Metric.ai
2. Select INTEGRATIONS from the left menu
3. Click NEW button
4. Select Toggl from the list of integrations
5. Authorize Metric.ai app in Toggl via API key and Service ID. In Toggl's web app go to Account → Profile settings → API token on the bottom. Service ID is a number in URL string when you are on a projects page.
6. Wait for couple hours (depends on the number of records) for the data to appear in Metric.ai
7. Validate that projects, employees, and logged time synchronized correctly.
