How to connect Jira and Metric.ai

Metric.ai automatically syncs with Jira multiple times per day after the initial connection. To connect Metric.ai to Jira, perform the following procedure:

1. Sign in to Metric.ai
2. Select INTEGRATIONS from the left menu
3. Click NEW button
4. Select Jira from the list of integrations
5. Authorize Metric.ai app in Jira via server address (https://companyname.atlassian.net) with administrator's login and password
6. Wait for couple hours (depends on the number of records) for the data to appear in Metric.ai
6. Validate that projects, employees, and logged time synchronized correctly.
